Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who lives while living in the vicinity of the Seoul Station without a certain occupation.

On July 12, 2018, at around 09:10, the Defendant was assaulted 4-5 times to drink the victim’s face and back water, on the ground that the victim was satisfing together with other homeless persons in front of the entrance road No. 1 (58 years old) in Seoul Central-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, where he was living together with the victim B (58 years old) and other homeless persons.
