Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person living in the vicinity of Seoul Station.

At around 21:30 on September 2, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate execution of his duties by threatening the police officer’s taking photographs, i.e., “fashing the fab after drinking,” i.e., a police box for the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station B police station B police box at the time of drinking with the homeless in front of the former Seoul Southern-gu Seoul District Police Station B police station B police box at around 122.
