A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on October 25, 2007, and on April 28, 2017, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime.

Although the Defendant had been punished for drunk driving as above, the Defendant driven the E20 U.S. car under the influence of alcohol 0.083% from the “C” road located in Kimpo-si B on March 15, 2020 to D in the direction of approximately 1.7km to D’s front road.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On October 25, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million to a fine of KRW 2.5 million by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court, and on April 28, 2017, a summary order of KRW 5 million by the same court as the same crime was issued on April 28, 201.

On April 12, 2020, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven a CDI car at approximately 700 meters away from the front of the F Building in Kimpo-si to the front road of “H” in G, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.122%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
