A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From May 29, 2014 to July 22, 2014, the defrauded Defendant was at the street store of the victim B’s operation department located in Ansan-si, a member of the Seoul-si, the Seoul-si, and the fact was not ordered to undertake the removal work from the North America-si, and even though the victim did not have the intent or ability to grant the right to operate the restaurant, the Defendant would promptly commence the construction work by taking into account the removal work in order for the victim to remove some of the factory facilities and newly build the new apartment.
It is necessary to operate a restaurant at a construction site so that a person operating the restaurant may operate the restaurant.
In relation to the above construction, the said construction made a false statement to the effect that the call equipment, etc. is required to lend money to a cafeteria operator’s license.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received KRW 2.5 million from the victim as the loan money around May 29, 2014.
From around that time to July 22, 2014, the Defendant received a total of KRW 16,500,000 from the victims by the same method five times, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form (1).
2. From March 5, 2015 to June 27, 2015, the fraud Defendant sold 80,000 square meters out of the 120,000 square meters of forest land owned by the Defendant to the solar power plant and received 50 billion won, even if the Defendant did not have forest land owned by the Defendant and did not have money to be sold, and even if the Defendant lent money to the Defendant, the Defendant purchased the building to the member C of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and did not have the intent or ability to lease the store to the Defendant.
The above money is scheduled to purchase one building to the member-gu, Ansan-si, the members of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, and if purchased, the store will be leased so that it can be allowed to do so.
In this regard, the money to pay the automobile premiums is required.
