Punishment of the crime
[2015 order 252] On February 17, 2015, the Defendant discovered the victim E who gets mixed in the front room while driving a truck on the street in front of the D Child Care Center located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si (hereinafter “D”) and enticed the victim to a place where he wanted to commit a self-defense act before the victim.
