A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 8, 2017, the defrauded: (a) around 23:00, the Defendant: (b) acted as if the victim C would normally pay the amount; and (c) ordered the two shares to E, an employee of the victim, etc.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he received the alcohol from the injured party.

3. On August 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the offense of insult, such as paragraph (2) in front of B building in light of around 03:50 on August 9, 2017; and (b) was arrested to board the patrol vehicle to escort.
