All appeals are dismissed.

Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).
1. Review of the reasoning of the lower judgment on basic facts and the record reveals the following facts.
(1) The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff; hereinafter “Defendant”) who is a mobile phone operator, need to link their respective communications networks (the composition of the Plaintiff’s mobile network and the Defendant’s wire phone network is as follows) in cases where the users who have subscribed to their communications services make a call to users who have subscribed to the other party’s communications services.
