When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months imprisonment in Seoul East Eastern District Court 2014Kadan2535 and became final and conclusive on April 9, 2015.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

The Defendant is a person who runs the business of leasing Oba in the name of “B.”

On August 1, 2014, around 18:37, the Defendant: (a) operated a D Two-wheeled Automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the Defendant, to the road located in 31-9, from the front Do of the Do of the Do of the Dolin-ro, Goyang-si, Mando-ro, Mando-ro, Mando-ro, Do-ro, 7-63, to the Dolin-ro, 31-9.

[2015 Highly 815] On February 20, 2014, the Defendant driven the BMW car without a car driver’s license from the parking lot of Goyang-si, Goyang-si, 79 Highly B B B B B B B 102 on the following day from 00:45 on the 15km-si to the Shari-si and the Maur-si road. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the BMW car without a car driver’s license from around 15 km-si, Goyang-si, 79 Highly 2 B B 102 on the same day from the front of the Shari-si, Pari-si, Goyang-si, 2014 to the 15 km-dong parking lot without a car driver’s license.
