Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in the duties of supervising the site as the chief of the construction works, such as industrial routes, piping heating works, cooking works, etc., conducted by the said company while working in Company B, and is a general manager at the site of cargo repair works due to the retirement of the former company D&D company located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On December 29, 2017, the Defendant dismantled 6mx50cm in width, and 200m gate attached to the incineration of 19m height of 19m, and ordered the victim E (38 years), F (19 years old), G (42 years old), etc. to perform cargo repair work within the incineration site of D Co., Ltd. located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on December 29, 2017.

At the time, in the above incineration, the construction of dismantling the brick attached to the upper part of the upper part of the arche was conducted, and the support team is installed to make it difficult to remove the bricks that may not be dismantled. In such cases, the person in charge of dismantling the bricks in the existing incineration and attaching new bricks is obliged to take necessary measures such as installing a protective network against the danger of the decline of the slopings to workers, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) without installing a network for the prevention of abortions within the above incineration and without taking any other measures to prevent abortions; (b) removed bricks attached to the wall side to the victims; and (c) caused many bricks attached to the upper end of the removal process by shocking the wall; and (d) caused the said E to the bricks, falling down below the wall and falling down on the lower end for about 8 weeks, thereby incurring about 2 weeks of treatment; and (e) caused the said F to suffer a shoulder and the straw of the above arms, which require approximately 2 weeks of treatment; and (e) the said G requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
