Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A committed the crime of Defendant A: (a) around 07:00 to 12:00 on February 22, 2016, at the waiting room in Pyeongtaek-si “G” business establishment from around 07:0 to around 12:00, Defendant A brought about a dispute with the victim H (21 years old) who is an employee of the business establishment; (b) at the hand floor one time in which the victim’s head was bread; and (c) the victim’s head was breadd with the victim’s head by putting the victim’s head debt over the blished bed; and (d) continuously threatening the victim’s head on the ground of an empty bed, which is a dangerous thing in the main bed in the main bed (a total length of approximately 25cm) and killed the victim’s knish with the victim’s face “on the buck.”
As a result, Defendant A carried dangerous articles and assaulted the victim's body and assaulted the victim.
