A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On January 26, 2016, at around 01:40, the Defendant opened a warehouse of “E cafeteria” operated by the victim D in Chuncheon-si, and intruded into the said warehouse, and stolen it by citing the amount of KRW 294,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 4,000, KRW 4,000, KRW 200, KRW 200, market price of the victim’s ownership, and KRW 20,000, KRW 294,000.

B. On January 29, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant intruded into a “H restaurant” building head operated by the victim G in Chuncheon City F, and stolen the victim’s market value of KRW 200,000,000, which was kept in the cooling house at the said place.

On February 4, 2016, around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a warehouse of “E cafeteria” operated by the victim D in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si; and (b) intruded into the entrance, and used a mixture with 200,000 won at the victim’s market price located therein.

2. On February 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attempted to larceny at night buildings; (b) opened the entrance door of “E cafeteria” operated by the victim D in Switzerland-si, Chuncheon-si; and (c) invaded into the air conditioning system; and (d) attempted to steals food, which had been kept in the air conditioning in the air conditioning system; (b) but (c) did not have been discovered to the victim, and did not commit an attempted crime.
