A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2013, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.190% in blood alcohol concentration, while driving approximately approximately KRW 7 KK at around the street in front of the Dongyang-dong located in Dongyang-gu, Dongcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 23:30 on the same day.
