A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Crimes against Victims B

A. On August 21, 2019, at around 11:40, the Defendant injured the victim’s clothes 'D’ operated by the victim B (V, 59 years of age) in 11:40, at around 2019, the victim’s breast part by hand was tightly sealed once, the victim’s chest part was tightly pushed, five times the victim’s face part was tightly cut, and the part of the victim’s clothes and the part of the bridge was thring twice the victim’s face.

B. On August 21, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business by force for about 20 minutes by pushing ahead of the disturbance with the victim’s clothes, such as: (a) keeping the clothing in place at around 18:20 at a place specified in paragraph (1); (b) keeping the clothes displayed therein; and (c) taking the victim’s desire to have the victim feel sexual humiliation, such as “boom snick snick snick snick snick snick snick.”

Special intimidation: (a) around 15:58 on August 23, 2019, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 15:58, the Defendant: (b) brought a complaint with respect to the above-mentioned injury and obstruction of business by the victim; (c) brought the above-mentioned rank into the above-mentioned clothes, which is a dangerous object (17cm in total and 8.5cm in length on the day); and (d) brought the victim into the knife, stating that “the essential year is dead and knife the death...........”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On July 12, 2020, from around 15:57 to 16:15, the Defendant: (a) prevented the opening door several times on the ground that the signboards other than the rooftop, which were located in F, in front of the singing room operated by the victim E, might interfere with the passage of the victim; (b) embling the victim into “culse”; and (c) embling the victim’s head at one time and by hand with the victim’s shoulder, he assaults the victim’s shoulder with his hand; and (d) from that end, the Defendant franks the victim with his name in his hands.
