Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:05 on July 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) performed tree dumping operations at the house gardens of the C, which were permanently located in the permanent residence B; (b) caused an assault, which was caused by plucking the flaps and destroying both arms on the ground floor by cutting down the flaps, and cutting them over to the ground floor by cutting up the victim’s left hand, and thereby, inflicted an injury on the victim’s “dume, flaps, flaps,” which requires the victim’s treatment for two weeks.
