A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been in an internal relationship with the victim C (V, 52 years of age) for about three years.

1. Use and photographing of cameras, etc. on special cases concerning the punishment, etc. of sexual crimes;

A. At around 17:30 on March 26, 2013, the Defendant, at the end, recorded the victim’s new voice by operating the recording function on his smartphone in the victim’s smartphone while doing a sexual intercourse with the victim, and continuously recorded the victim’s new voice on the part of the victim’s body, who continued to show a shower after sexual intercourse, using the recording function of the smartphone camera screen.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

B. On April 7, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant posted a photograph of a victim’s bridge, such as “No. 1’s paragraph (a)” on the Defendant’s personal website wald (www.cyword.com) photographed by the victim’s bale, among the bale images taken by the victim, to open to the public, on the Defendant’s personal website wald (www.cyword.com) photographed by a large number of unspecified visitors to the relevant U.S. unit, and posted the victim’s bale photograph on eight occasions in total from around that time to April 19, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form (1).

As a result, the defendant takes photographs of another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
