Defendant

All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. In 2014, the Defendant: (a) along with D, the president of C, a university of the U.S., where there is no campus in the U.S. and there is no substance due to the lack of permission from the U.S. government; and (b) the Defendant, as vice president, E, as the head of a management university, obtained 70% incentive out of the tuition fees; and (c) was recruited in Korea by domestic students, he/she received instructions from C that he/she would not participate in the recruitment of students any longer from D around the winter B014; and (d) was directly registered with E in the U.S., and then conspired to obtain the registration fees, etc. by deceiving him/her as a prestigious university in the U.S.

Accordingly, the Defendant, on January 2015, entered the name of “FNDers” directly, and registered the name of “FNDers” as a “FUDers” rather than a school in California through G, a U.S. judicial scrivener, and the Defendant and the president of the FF University and the president of the management university, and E recruited students in the position of the president of the FF University and the president of the management university.

The Defendant, along with E, established the F University Management University Office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from January 2015, the office of the F University Management University, and the office of the F University Asian Campus Office and the office of the Counseling and Review University in Busan-gu I building as an employee of the J, K, etc., and, through telephone counseling, Internet homepage, Internet camera, etc., “F University is a nonprofit school juristic person, which has obtained authorization from the Government of the United States of America and the Government of California as a higher educational institution of the State of California. (A) School number for the faculty/ Major/ doctoral degree course permitted by the Government of the United States of America is L L, a university with a history of thirty (30) years and is a prestigious university operating a global campus in the U.S. local area.” Korean schools can be studying in the U.S. on a local level, and may be admitted to MNN University, MNN University, Pian University, and doctoral degree.”
