A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant committed assault against the victim C, the Defendant and the victim were dead for about one year and six months at the residence of the victim C (M, 21 years of age) of the building D, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, for about one year and six months.
