Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

B operated E in the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building from May 2011, and Defendant A served as the head of the above general headquarters from June 2011, and was engaged in public relations affairs.

No one shall knowingly receive any divulged personal information for profit or for any other wrongful purpose.

The Defendants conspired to publicize the above member by purchasing and misappropriation account under the name of another person from June 2013 to July 2013, and by misappropriation it and posting an advertisement writing on the NAIN website, etc.

A around October 18, 2013, at the above member's office, purchased "personal information files containing 50 cases of other person's NAV account information, such as NAV ID and fladd, from the F (the indictment of detention on March 11, 2014) from NAV's office, and transmitted them through e-mail or NAN Metephs, and Defendant B remitted 100,000 won of the purchase price of personal information files to the above F, and posted the above member's advertisement report using NAB's account information.

In addition, the Defendants conspired with the Defendants from October 18, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and received total of 1,195 personal information from the said F for profit-making purposes by being aware of the fact that personal information was divulged, such as the list of crimes in attached Form F.
