Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:45 on December 13, 2019, the victim C was managed by the victim C in the Young-gu B and the fourth floor, and (b) the entrance was locked with locks, and went beyond the roof by using a bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure.
