【Criminal Power】 On May 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, larceny, etc. in Gyeyang Branch of the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on June 29, 2016.

1. At night, around 03:00 on October 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded the building into the building through the entrance opened in a size of 55,00 square meters in front of the Cheongju-gu; (b) one credit card of the victim C, one credit card of the new bank, one of approximately KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and approximately 10,000,000,000 won, respectively; and (c) stolen the building.

2. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On September 8, 2016, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that was not set up in the residence of the victim D in Daejeon-dong-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) carried out two swine fests with cash 300,000 won on the half of the vessel; and (d) stolen them.

B. On September 13, 2016, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that was not set up at the victim F’s residence in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) had one credit card card of a new bank owned by the victim F and approximately KRW 23,000, twitts owned by the victim G; and (d) committed theft with one Twitts owned by the victim F.

3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On October 3, 2016, from around 03:58 to 04:42 of the same day, the Defendant, who used C’s C’s check, stolen C’s physical check as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and then, presented it as if he/she had a right to use the above physical check to a taxi engineer on his/her name while boarding and moving to Daejeon from the Cheongju Station to Daejeon.
