A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a university student attending C University from around 2008, and came to know of the victim D (the age of eight at that time) who was living in adjoining areas, and was willing to commit sexual assault by using the victim's age and the Defendant's horse was well heard.

1.
