Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2015, at around 17:20, the Defendant driven a Category C car without a vehicle driver's license from the front of the new teachers' distance in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the front of the new teachers' distance in the 15-ro of the same Gu from the front of the new teachers' distance in the same Gu.
