1. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license on March 10, 2018, the Defendant driven an IK5 vehicle from the 4km section around the road near the [G] F in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the H road in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a IK5 vehicle.
At around 10:00 on March 6, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car, leading the road of five-lanes in front of the Hosan-si, Hosan-si to the right side of the parallel of five-lanes.
It is a place where a white real-line line is installed, so there was a duty of care to avoid changing the course in the vehicle driver.
Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and changed the course to a four-lane, and caused the damage to the right side behind the K K New Slick bus of the victim J (50 years old) who was in the four-lane, to the right side of the passenger car of the defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the 4,199,809 won of the repair cost to the victim vehicle due to the above occupational negligence.
3. At around 10:00 on March 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car and sent it to the scene of the accident at Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu; (b) presented the Defendant’s first-class ordinary driver’s license to the Defendant, who was in possession of a person who was requested to present his/her identification card from his/her patrol officer, to the scene of the accident at Ansan-gu, the Defendant illegally exercised the official document by citing that he/she was his
