Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 26, 2015, around 12:30 on July 26, 2015, the Defendant embezzled the property that was occupied by the victim E without taking necessary measures, such as discovering one copy of the physical card of a national bank that was lost by the victim E before “D,” returning it to the victim or reporting it to the police station, etc., and then, embezzled the property that was actually used by the Defendant, resulting in the Defendant’s thought to use.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 17,700 of the market price from G located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and demanded the victim’s name partner to settle the price.

The Defendant, even if using a check to pay the price at the time, was unable to actually pay the price, he was found as provided in Paragraph (1) above.

E suggested the physical card of the National Bank of Korea, as the defendant.

The defendant deceivings the victim by the above method, and signed the sales slips equivalent to KRW 17,700 from tin to settle the amount of KRW 17,700, and exempted the payment, thereby using the credit card lost by E.

B. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 35,00 of the market price from “I” located in “I” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and demanded the victim’s name partner to pay the price.

The Defendant, even if using a check to pay the price at the time, was unable to actually pay the price, he was found as provided in Paragraph (1) above.

E suggested the physical card of the National Bank of Korea, as the defendant.

The defendant deceivings the victim by the above method, and signed the sales slips equivalent to 35,000 won from tin to settle 35,000 won and exempted the victim from paying it.
