Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

On January 7, 2018, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.103% among blood transfusion around 01:20, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 20 meters from the front side of the public parking lot in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Seoul-dong, to the front side of the same mother market shooting distance.
