Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with 22:50 percent of alcohol content among blood, at a long-term food parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, a long-term food parking lot with the alcohol content of 0.103%, which is located in the long-term Dong of Daegu-gu, from the same Gu Sungpo Corporation to 278, and from around 3km to the front road.
