Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The defendant is a person who has taken over a low-speed car B.

Although a person who takes over a registered motor vehicle applies for registration of transfer of ownership to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu within 15 days from the date of purchase, the defendant did not apply for registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired the relevant motor vehicle from a person whose name is unknown on June 2015, even though he/she acquired it in KRW 1 million
