Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days.

1. Joint criminal administration with the accused and D;

A. The Defendant, in collusion with D, did not file an application for transfer of ownership under the name of the Defendant or D within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a truck with the name in the name of his/her influence 25 tons of the number from his/her influence, on the road near the memorial tower in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, in collusion with D, even though he/she received from the name influence 3

B. Around April 2014, the Defendant conspired with D, while taking over a truck of 27.5 tons of E treatment E from his/her name, on the road near the memorial tower in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jungdong-dong 3, the Defendant did not file an application for transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant or D with respect to the said truck within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant’s sole criminal conduct did not file an application for registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant with respect to the said truck within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired by transfer a 4.5 tons of G treatment NowS 4.5 tons of a truck near the Jin-si in Ansan-si around October 2013.
