Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special property damage, etc. in the Seogsan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on July 19, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the astronomical Prison on April 14, 2019.

A. Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property.

B. Around 10:50 on June 27, 2019, the Defendant damaged an article for public use by 319,000 won for repair, on the ground that there was a sudden fall from the first floor of the Daegu Metropolitan City Office of 88 Daegu Metropolitan City, the first floor of the 1st floor of the 1st floor of the 88 Daegu Metropolitan City Office, which was installed adjacent to the civil petition information center.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged public goods used by public offices.

C. Around 17:02 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) unloaded one lane from F located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, one motor vehicle board 2 and one material storage box that I own; and (b) lowered a total of KRW 478,500 on several occasions using a fire extinguisher (38 m in length) dangerous articles in the vicinity; and (c) continuously damaged the repair cost of KRW 478,500 on several occasions; (d) two of the public telephone machine, one of the influors, owned by the influence, was lowered to the said fire extinguishing machine, thereby causing a defect in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.
