A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing a psychotropic drug camblopon (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”);

가. 피고인은 2015. 8. 초순 17:00경 서울 구로구 구로동 남구로역 5번 출구 앞 노상에서 스마트폰 채팅 어플 ‘위챗’을 통해 알게 된 성명불상의 필로폰 판매자에게 현금 30만 원을 주고 필로폰 약 0.5그램을 건네받아 이를 매수하였다.

B. On August 17, 2015, the Defendant, around 17:00, purchased 500,000 gramphones from the street in front of the exit of 5, South-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul-ro, with a cash of KRW 500,00,000, and oneg of gramphones.

C. On August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, the Defendant purchased 300,000 philophones with cash 0.5g of philophones in front of the exit 5, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, 2015.

At around 13:00 on September 29, 2015, the Defendant purchased 4.5 million won in cash to the seller of the philopon in front of the entrance map No. 5 in the south-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul-ro, and oneg of the philopon.

2. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant holding phiphonephones: (a) around 13:30 on September 29, 2015, the above 1-Ra in front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

항과 같이 구입한 필로폰 약 1그램을 스마트폰 ‘위챗’ 어플을 통하여 알게 된 중국인 일명 ‘D’에게 판매할 목적으로 소지하였다.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant’s residence around 19:00 on August 1, 2015, the above 1-A at the Defendant’s residence in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
