A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2.4 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mept Ampha (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) of a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On May 10, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 750,000 into the account in the name of one bank account in the name of C, upon request of C to request for scoponon, and on May 11, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant purchased scopon from C with approximately 1 ghopon from “Ecomon” located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

B. On May 12, 2017, around 15:36, the Defendant deposited KRW 450,000 into one bank account under the above C’s name, and around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 in cash after receiving approximately KRW 1g of opphone from C from the above “Ecom” at around 21:00 and purchased opphones.

On May 13, 2017, at around 21:30, the Defendant deposited KRW 900,000 into one bank account under the above C’s name. On May 14, 2017, at around 13:10, the Defendant purchased a penphone from G operated by the Defendant of the fourth floor of the building in the south-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 14, 2017.

2. The Defendant received Handphones at the same time and place as paragraph 1-A. A, and at the same time and place as paragraph 1-A, delivered part of Handphones purchased from C less and less part of Handphones to C, and received and delivered Handphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, at the same date and time as paragraph 1-A, injected approximately 0.03g philophones with water and administered philophones by means of injecting them into his left arms bloodline.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as paragraph 1-b, injected phiphones in a way of injecting 0.03g of philophones into water, and in a way of injecting them into his left blood cells.

On June 21, 2017, at around 11:30, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s room, injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into water, and administered philopon by means of injecting it into his left arms bloodline.
