A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and a person whose name is unknown (hereinafter referred to as “C chief”) received a proposal from the head of the telephone financial fraud organization that assumes a false criminal investigation agency or financial institution by telephone, etc. and obtains money from victims (hereinafter “Sing”) to the effect that the former is the manager of the telephone financial fraud organization (hereinafter referred to as “Singing”) and B (in the course of trial pending after being indicted for fraud, etc. on February 1, 2019), the former Chief of the C office (“C chief”) received a proposal from the latter Chief of the C office on June 1, 2018, stating that the latter would offer a bank account to be used for committing the singing crime, and that the latter would withdraw deposited funds from the deposited funds or transfer them to the designated account, and that the latter would make the said “C chief of the C chief office office’s account” available to deposit the funds into the Defendant’s account for the singishing crime, and agreed to do so in order to deliver the funds to the Defendant’s employees to do so.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspireds with the above “C chief” and “B.”
