A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant confirmed the sales of marijuana posted by the name and French boxes (hereinafter “D”), which he came to know through the Internet site search, and attempted to smoke marijuana in a way of smoking by importing marijuana straws in tobacco after importing it.

1. Points of import of marijuana;

A. On October 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) settled USD 350 using a credit card in the name of the Defendant’s mother’s parent in accordance with the method of overseas settlement, which was designated by the Defendant on October 27, 2017; and (b) notified the Defendant to “E” and the place of receipt to “G in the name of the Defendant’s seat of the Gu Government CityF”; and (c) ordered marijuana.

After that, on November 2, 2017, the Defendant carried in the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport Postal Customs Office (Postal No. :H) from the United States of America, an international ordinary postal item (mail number: H) in which approximately 5ml is concealed in marijuana, packed in the white paper of vinyl No. 09:12, Nov. 2, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

B. On December 2017, the Defendant settled USD 90 using a credit card in the name of the Defendant’s mother in accordance with the overseas settlement method, which was imported as above, and then notified the Defendant to “E”, “J”, and the place of receipt to the Defendant’s residence, and ordered the mari-si K, which is the Defendant’s residence.

After that, the defendant, on December 2017, brought about the international letter-post items in which approximately 1mll is concealed in marijuana, packed in the white paper for the end of the end of the year, from the United States of America to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport Postal Office.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

2. Points of smoking marijuana;

A. On January 9, 2018, the Defendant, who committed a crime around January 9, 2018, was parked in the MNN A6 passenger car in the vicinity of L, Dog-si, Dog-si, of the Defendant’s operation, with a fluence attached to tobacco in the same manner as that described in subparagraph 1(b).
