A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a Cbee or a car.

On August 28, 2018, at around 01:19, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.129%, and driven the said car from the roads front of the Eju shop located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun to the roads front of the same military F, the Defendant driven the said car within approximately ten kilometers.
