A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was elected as a head of a dairy industry cooperative at the one time nationwide election of the head of a cooperative, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

1.
