Defendant

On November 15, 2012, an applicant for attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution on November 23, 2012 by the Gwangju District Court for violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
