A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation with the amount of KRW 140,00,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the Daegu District Court Port Branch branch on November 15, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on July 16, 2018.

On November 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported in AD located in Nam-gu AC on November 18, 2018, the victim K puts a notice that he/she seeks the “Sknknknknickboard” posted on the Internet trading site AE; and (b) made a false statement that he/she would sell the above musical diskettes to the victim even though he/she was unable to express his/her intent or ability to sell the above musical diskettes; and (c) he/she received 280,000 won from the victim to the AG Association account (AH) account in the name of AF on the same day at around 21:37 of the same day; and (d) received 280,000 won from the victim to December 15, 2018 through the above method as described in attached Table 1, and acquired the total amount of KRW 8,253,500,000 from the victims over 29 times.

On September 16, 2018, the Defendant:30 on September 7, 2018, up to 2018, posted the phrase “AJ” in the “AJ” located in the north-gu AI at the north-gu Incheon Port to access the Internet AE site, and made a false statement to the effect that “If the Defendant first forwards the above performance ticket price, he/she shall transfer the money to the victim Z that he/she sells the performance ticket.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess the above musical diskettes, and even if he received the price from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to sell it to the victim by acquiring the above musical diskettes.

The Defendant received 450,000 won (AM) from the victim at around 16:56 on the same day, from the victim, to the AL bank account in the name of AK.

The Defendant, including this, received a total of KRW 1,700,000 from September 16, 2018, in total five times in the same manner as indicated in attached Table 2, from September 16, 2018.

The defendant of "2019 Highly 84" shall be the defendant at the port of Korea on December 12, 2018.
