A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of 1,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Control of Illegal Check Control Act without authority using a local type of equipment at the first floor business office of the building where the Defendant is working as an employee of Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, 201, using a local type of equipment at the first floor business office of the building. On that day, the Defendant then copied the back of one (F) of one (1) cashier’s check issued by the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd., which was being kept in custody at the expense of accommodation, and then forged the above cashier’s check by putting the back of one (100,000) with the real size on the back of the first page of Chapter A4.

2. On November 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco in Hart located in Young-si, Young-si, G on November 19, 2013; and (b) copied a copy of the above cashier’s check to a localr copy as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the same Article; (c) as if he was a document duly formed to I who was aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a private document on the rights and obligations, exercised a copy of the above cashier's checks forged in the name of the Gyeonggi-gu Agricultural Cooperatives.

3. In purchasing tobacco to the date, time, and place indicated in the above Paragraph (2) above, the Defendant acquired 10 cigarettes and 73,000 won in cash nominal money from the victim, which were 27,000 won in total at the market price, by putting the above cashier’s checks forged to the victim I for the purpose of payment as if they were genuine cashier’s checks.
