Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 7, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on March 20, 2013, and the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to the same crime at the Chungcheong District Court on March 20, 2013, and was driving B cargo at the section of about 2km from the direction of about 2km to the front road of the event distance in the Chungcheong City on June 28, 2015, from the 2km to the front road in the Chungcheong City in the Chungcheong City on March 22, 2015.
