At around 15:00 on January 27, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing or other sublime vehicles at a distance of about 20 meters from the 20-meter radius to the street in front of the Saemaeul in the same Ri market from the Ulsan-gun Eup, Ulsan-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City under the influence of alcohol content of 0.161%.
