Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 09:10 on July 14, 2015 to December 30 of 15, 2015, “EPC for the operation of the Victim DD located in Bupyeong-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 09:10 to around 12:30 on July 15, 201; (b) as if he were to pay for the above PC, he belongeded the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay for the PC use; and (c) did not pay for the 22,200 won of the price

On August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on August 17, 2015, the Defendant, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the said PC using the said PC in the “H” room of the “H” room of the Plaintiff’s G management in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-gu, Busan; (b) was the victim, and (c) was unable to pay KRW 8,300,000, the price was paid by using a computer located therein for about 13 hours from around 20:0 of the same day; and (d) obtained the same pecuniary profit from the victim.

On June 17, 2015, the Defendant, around 17:56, 2015, showed an attitude that he/she would pay the amount of using a computer in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the amount of using the computer in the “K” room operated by the Victim J in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, and acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the amount of 28,700 won even if he/she used the computer in the place until June 18, 2015.

The Defendant, by the foregoing method from September 12, 2015 to September 12, 2015, by deceiving the victims on a total of five occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes, thereby obtaining property benefits worth KRW 98,200 in total from the victims.

The Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the fee from July 20, 2015 to July 20, 2015 to July 20, 2015. The Defendant had been provided with pc from the victim N in the “M” 2nd floor L, Bupyeong-si, Busan to October, 2015.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as if he would pay the PC user fee at the above date and place.
