Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1014] On April 8, 2014, the Defendant acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits as the Defendant did not pay the PC for about 13 hours by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the PC even if he used the PC in the above business establishment, even if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the PC.

On April 14, 2014, from around 11:26 to April 14:30, 2014, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by deceiving the victim as if he would have paid the amount of the PC even if he would not have any intent or ability to pay the amount of the PC even if he would use the PC of the said business establishment, and by failing to pay the amount of the PC 59,000 won.

2. The Defendant, from April 30, 2012:35 to May 10:50, 2014, in fact, was “NPC for the operation of the victim M in the Government L from April 30, 2014”, even if using the PC of the said business, did not have the intent or ability to pay the cost of use.
