A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as a facility manager in the “D Company” and “E Company,” which is a facility management cooperation firm for factories, and was retired from office around July 2014, and became aware of the victim’s information while managing “G” stores operated by the victim F in the C factory. On August 201, the victim, who moved to the first floor of the C Health Promotion Center building, was able to take money and valuables from the said store by cutting down one of the keys while installing CCTV on the said store.

On November 28, 2014, at around 23:15, the Defendant entered the “G” shop operated by the victim on the first floor of the building of the H C Health Promotion Center located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, and opened the consignment gate inside the consignment gate, using the bridge inside the consignment gate, going up to the ceiling gate through the inspection tool of the ceiling gate. The Defendant, including that, from early April 2012 to November 28, 2014, stolen property equivalent to KRW 3,747,500, total market value by intrusioning on a structure at night over 18 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime inundation table.
