Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:00 on February 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a string line with a string line prepared in order to identify the victim who was parked in the vicinity of the Busan High School, Busan High School; (b) and (c) stolen the Defendant, with a hythnife with a hynash equivalent to KRW 140,000 at the market price attached to the front glass.

2. Around 02:10 on the same day as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering light of one ton vehicles of the D modern 1 ton, which the victim C parked in front of the Busan High School, in the manner as Paragraph (1) and stolen the modern NA system equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price owned by the victim, which was in front of the steering line.
