A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019No. 1782" defendant had his cell phone and resident registration certificate pictures under his own name B, with a credit card issued in B's name and used for the settlement of Internet gambling expenses.

1. For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant entered “B”, “D”, “E”, “F bank”, “G” in the settlement account column, and “J” in the e-mail address column in the name of the victim company’s Internet homepage at a place unknown at around 11:08, and without authority, entered “B”, “B” in the name column of the resident number column, “D”, “E”, “G” in the settlement account column, and “J” in the e-mail address column, the lower part of the said application into “B”, stating “B” on January 7, 2019, and “B” in the name column of the applicant’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the C Card application, which is the prior recording of the name B related to the rights and obligations, with the aim of interfering with the affairs related to the issuance of credit cards by the victim company.

2. The Defendant submitted a copy of the above C card application form to the victim company through an Internet homepage as if the electronic records were duly formed at the time, time, and place as set forth in paragraph (1).

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, by accessing the victim company’s website at a time, time, and place as set forth in paragraph (1), obtained the victim company’s credit card issuance officer B from the victim company by deceiving the person in charge of the issuance of the victim company’s credit card by using his/her cell phone and resident registration certificate in the name of B, and obtained the victim company’s credit card (K

B. The Defendant, from January 9, 2019 to February 14, 2019, using the C Credit Card issued as set forth in paragraph 3(a) without any intent or ability to pay the card price, is as indicated in attached Table 1 of crime sight.
