1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Plaintiff A’s claim

A. On April 19, 2014, Plaintiff A purchased KRW 605,000,00 from Defendant C the site and its ground buildings of Gwangju Mine-gu, and paid KRW 36,000,000 to Defendant E a down payment, and KRW 5,00,000 to Defendant E a fee around that time. Plaintiff B is the spouse of Plaintiff A and Defendant D is the licensed real estate agent who employs Defendant E a broker assistant, or there is no dispute between the parties or may be recognized by each of the descriptions described in subparagraphs 1, 3, 4, 5-1 and 2.

B. As to the cause of the claim, G and Defendant E, who represented Defendant C at the time of purchase, alleged that the building was in violation of the relevant laws and regulations, such as large-scale repair, change of purpose of use, violation of landscaping area facilities, violation of rooftop gambling facilities, violation of the Parking Lot Act, and violation of the Parking Lot Act, etc., the sales contract was cancelled or cancelled as they concealed, sold or mediated such defects. Accordingly, Defendant C, Defendant E, and D, accordingly, refund the down payment and fee that they received as above, and Defendant E and D should also pay the above amount as compensation for damages caused by deception.

C.
