Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission from July 201 to August 201, 201, 372.12 square meters of the area of 141.96 square meters in the above building, 2 households with 4 households with 141.96 square meters in the area of 131.8 square meters in the above building, 3 households with 4 households with 131.8 square meters in the area of 131.8 square meters in the above building, and 3 households with 5 square meters in each unit, installed toilets and kitchens in each room, and repaired the multi-family houses of 8 households with 3 households permitted by means of separate entry and exit, into multi-family houses with 8 households with 14 households in the above room;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission on the rooftop floor of the above paragraph (a) above and the building without permission, expands one household of 111.72 square meters of a building without permission;
