1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 4,085,509; (b) KRW 810,179; and (c) KRW 810,179; and each of the said money to Plaintiff A from November 9, 2008 to November 2014.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The facts of recognition 1) On November 9, 2008, C driven a D vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant vehicle") at a speed exceeding 22 km per hour by driving the vehicle at a speed of 19:20 on November 19, 2008, and proceeded to the front side of the E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-face) moving to the left side of the E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-be"), which was driven by the Plaintiff at the intersection of the E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-face"), and was driven by the Plaintiff at the intersection of the E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-face) at the intersection of the E-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the "E-to-face), and was hospitalized on the right side of the Plaintiff, thereby causing injury to the Plaintiff B, such as brain-to-face, etc., from 1008. to 19.

(Article 2). The instant accident occurred.
