A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 1, 2018, at around 23:15, the Defendant was required to comply with a drinking test by inserting the alcohol measuring instrument three times from 23:35 of the same day to 23:51 of the same day, on the ground that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant driven under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant, by driving a rocketing car, driving on the road side of D, which is located in Chuncheon City C, with a speeding, speeding, scaming, and driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving under the influence of alcohol, by driving on the road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not properly put the part of the drinking-free measuring instrument into the drinking-free measuring instrument, and avoided this, and did not comply with the police officer’s request for drinking-free measurement.
2. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:15, driven the said rocketing car without a vehicle driver’s license, from the first road located in Chuncheon-si H to D next side in the same city C.

As such, the instant crime was committed during the suspended sentence period.
It is highly likely that the defendant will be subject to criticism by disregarding the warning given by the punishment against the front crime.
