A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee from the DPC located in North Korea-gu CPC at the port of port.

1. On February 14, 2015, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) printed 50,000 won image (14.8 cm, vertical length 6.7 cm) front of the back of the Bank of Korea notes (14.8 cm, vertical length 6.7 cm) which was searched and downloaded on the Internet NAV website for the purpose of uttering at the above PC; (b) printed a local printer on Section A4; and (c) made one copy of KRW 50,00 in a way that the front and rear sides of the PC are attached in a unflashing manner; and (d) made 50,000 won in a way that the Defendant printed two sides of the NAV on the A4 page; and (e) made 6,000 won in a way that he cut it in a way that he cut it into flad.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the paper of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising his right.

2. Around 21:00 on February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) arrived at G-si in front of the IB club located in the North-gu Habae-gu, North Korea at the port where he was scheduled to take advantage of the victim F, G-si at the port near the Songdo-dong, Songdo-dong at the port of Songdo-dong on February 17, 2015; (b) paid 3,500 won for a forged 50,00 won to the victim; and (c) received 46,500 won from the victim who believed to be a genuine money; and (d) obtained or attempted to acquire 2,50,000 won in total by deceiving the victims by exercising forged money over five times as indicated in the list of crimes.

On February 17, 2015, in order to pay KRW 3,500,00 of the FF rate in front of the G-si, G-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si on February 17, 2015, the victim committed the crime of the victim at once and time, 50,000 won, shall be issued with forged 50,00 won, and shall be obtained through the scam money on February 20, 2015 to pay KRW 3,00,00,000, which was forged in order to pay KRW 3,000,00,000 in the Songdo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
